Sadler Construction is the Triangle’s only home builder that is focused exclusively on designing, renovating and constructing accessible, CAPS Certified homes. Owned and operated by Lewis Sadler, Lewis believes that we all deserve to live as independently as possible for as long as possible. A Sadler home makes long-term independence a reality.

Most homes are designed for people living in their most active and physically capable years. However, with some forethought, a home can be designed and built to accommodate a wide range of possible and eventual changes in physical ability. Lewis Sadler has trademarked this approach to design, calling it “LifeStage Home Design.” The LifeStage Home Design approach can be applied to new home construction or to home renovations.

From initial design to completion, Sadler Construction integrates accessible home design techniques with the latest assistive products and technologies in order to create living environments that are well-crafted, safe and barrier-free. No longer will you have to place functionality over the fit and finish of your home.
